Ethiopia MOKA HARRAR "STAG"
The birthplace of the original coffee bean, this coffee is famous for its chocolate or mocha flavor profile. The rare coffee has a medium body, mocha earthy flavor, light acidity capped with a wonderful smoothness. Arguably the best unwashed coffee in the world!
Guatemala ANTIGUA
This prized coffee estate is located in the Antigua coffee growing region and produces a shade grown coffee that is a superbly balanced gem, bright acidity with floral overtones, finishing with smooth vanilla sweetness and slight smokiness. Full body, great flavor and wonderful aroma.

Honduras

SHG
SHG (Strictly High Grown) specifies that the coffee was grown at an altitude around 1350 meters. Coffee grown at a higher altitude and lower temperature produces a slower maturing fruit and a denser bean; which creates a more desirable specialty cup; this classification is higher than HG. This coffee has a fruity fragrance, lively acidity, orange, velvety taste, and soft body with a smooth finish

Kenya

AA
Kenya AA coffee, grown at elevations of 4,900 to 6,800 feet, is nearing the top of the list of the world's finest Arabica bean coffees. When it comes to coffee production, Kenya has a reputation for absolute excellence, especially because it lies near the region where coffee beans originated. These gourmet coffee beans are grown on volcanic soils and are wet-processed; the beans are harvested, immediately removed from the cherries, and washed to remove the excess pulp. This process causes the coffee to have a full body of flavor with a heavy acidity. It also displays a gentle floral aroma as well as berry and citrus notes.

Papua New Guinea

PEABERRY
Peaberries are small pea shaped beans that produce a full-bodied, well-balanced cup of coffee with chocolate overtones and a dry sweet flavor!
This coffee from the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea is bold and satisfying. Papua New Guinea coffee is a smooth and notably sweet coffee with a medium body and acidity level. The initial taste reflects dark berry flavors and ends with a dark chocolate, but remarkably clean finish.

Mexico SHB COATEPEC (ALTURA)
From the Coatepec region of Veracruz, on tropical, volcanic slopes. This coffee is smooth with light acidity, nutty flavor, and a clean, crisp aftertaste. Light bodied, good flavor and aroma.

Nicaragua

BLEND
With a medium to smooth body and a mild yet distinct acidity, Nicaragua coffee provides rich yet subtle flavors, balanced sweetness, with a nutty bouquet that often exhibits notes of vanilla.

Sumatra

MANDHELING GRADE 1 D/P
From the central part of northern Sumatra, one of the Indonesian islands, comes this wonderful, very intense coffee. This coffee has a heavy, full body, concentrated spicy, earthy, and robust taste with an herbal aroma; all with virtually no acidity.
Tanzania PEABERRY
A peaberry is a coffee cherry which contains just one rounded bean instead of two "half" beans. A rare treat when available, it is rich and snappy with a wild, earthy flavor profile. A very intense African treasure!
