Outpac Designs, Inc., the manufacturer of PacSafes, offers a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Outpac's warranty is a limited warranty as qualified below.

What's Covered:

If the integrity of either the wire netting, draw wire or the locking device is compromised due to faulty workmanship or materials, Outpac Designs, Inc. will replace the product with a new product or credit the customer's account. The warranty is primarily for the integrity of the wire, wire joining clips and the polycarbonate locking device only.

What's Not Covered:

After use, kinks and burrs in the wire or netting are not considered defects. Cut or broken wire from wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.
