Frank Lloyd Wright's overall concept for his buildings included the integration of the furniture and decorative objects. Replogle globes has developed a line of globes adapted from select Wright drawings and concepts, chosen by Replogle and authorized by the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation.
In 1911 Mr. Wright created designs for Booth Park in Glencoe, Illinois. This globe stand is adapted from a large brick pedestal designed for the park. The globe combines walnut colored stained hardwood with die-cast top and bottom plates.
